Gelati is a cot-size quilt, with a finished size of approximately 78 cm by 95 cm (30 inches by 38 inches).  It has been machine-pieced and quilted using four different  colours of fabric.

 These instructions are written in a way that makes this quilt suitable for a beginner.  There are General Instructions giving a detailed background to quilt making procedures, and specific instructions for constructing this quilt.  Fast-piecing methods are used wherever possible.
